Meet the team

Eilish founded the consultancy in 2024, bringing over a decade of geospatial experience to every engagement. She holds an MSc in Geographic Information Science from the University of Leeds (Merit, 2023) and has worked across renewable energy, real estate, civil infrastructure, and highways, combining deep technical GIS skills with the kind of strategic perspective that only comes from years in the field. She began her career at Essex Highways, and the business is still run as a GIS consultant based in Essex today.

Her approach is direct, thorough, and built on a belief that good spatial intelligence should outlast the project that created it.

Noel joined the consultancy in September 2025, bringing an unusual and valuable combination of legal training and operational experience. He graduated from the University of Reading with a 2:1 LLB in Law and previously served as Assistant Practice Manager in Planning and Environment at a barristers' chambers.

That background — understanding regulatory frameworks, managing complex processes, and working in high-stakes environments — translates directly into how he approaches project operations and delivery.
