Meet the team

Eilish founded the consultancy in 2024, bringing over a decade of geospatial experience to every engagement. She holds an MSc in Geographic Information Science from the University of Leeds (Merit, 2023) and has worked across renewable energy, real estate, civil infrastructure, and highways, combining deep technical GIS skills with the kind of strategic perspective that only comes from years in the field. She began her career at Essex Highways, and the business is still run as a GIS consultant based in Essex today.

Her approach is direct, thorough, and built on a belief that good spatial intelligence should outlast the project that created it.

Noel graduated from the University of Reading with a 2:1 in LLB Law. He previously worked as Assistant Practice Manager in the Planning and Environment team at a leading barristers' chambers. In March 2025, Noel transitioned into the geospatial sector by joining Rose Tinsley Consulting Ltd. He brings with him strong organisational and administrative expertise, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the consultancy. Alongside this, he also contributes to project delivery, supporting the firm's technical and client-focused work.
